Feb 1 – The Lang Sisters & The Tron Family Band
Tim Fast had to cancel due to illness but we’re proud to present The Lang Sisters who have played in many venues along with the Tron Family Band, together, will be making their first appearance at Sacred Grounds. Tim Tron, who is the Director of the Chatham County Junior Appalachian Musicians and author of Bruecke to Heaven, would love to introduce these two young bands to your audience. As Tim would say, they play gospel, traditional and bluegrass music from their hearts honoring God, always asking Him to play through them in spite of themselves.
The Lang Sisters is a band formed in 2012, by Chloe and Jessica Lang. Chloe, 15, and Jessica, 12, enjoy playing everything from bluegrass to country to folk and pop. Jessica plays the guitar and mandolin, and Chloe plays the guitar, ukulele, and banjo.
Tron Family Band plays gospel, traditional and bluegrass music from their hearts honoring God, always asking Him to play through them in spite of themselves.
