Sandra Carter

Sandra Carter’s vocals have been described as being lilting and honest with a resonant tone. She is a lyric soprano and is inspired by artists such as Whitney Houston, Jennifer Holliday, Yolanda Adams, Cece Winans, Janet Jackson, and Barbara Streisand.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Sandra currently lives in North Carolina and has sung many years in church – from church choirs, to praise teams, worship leader, weddings, and heart felt solos. Sandra performs for both virtual and in-person events and often sings for Juneteenth, Kwanzaa, various corporate events, and sung at the request of the Mayor of Fairmont Heights, Maryland, during their black history month celebration.
She is an avid Veteran supporter and has served on the advisory committee with the USO (United Service Organization). You can often find her singing The National Anthem or other patriotic tunes at various sporting venues, fundraisers, and/or services celebrating our military.
